Jean-Yves COURTOIS
Previously Chairman and CEO of Temex. In 2001 was appointed business unit manager at Thales Microsonics later becoming CEO and completing the sale of the unit to Temex in 2002. Earlier positions were as head of strategy and business development at Thales components division and head of Thomson CSF’s (later Thales’) Laser Optronics department. Until 1998, he was chief scientific counsellor at the French department of defense following academic work in quantum physics.

Christophe FRANCOIS
Occupied CFO positions at Temex, Thermatec, an engineering company listed on Euronext and ACSI, a jont venture between Thales and Raytheon. Prior to ACSI, he held various positions with Thales in finance and accounting management following a spell with BFCE, France external trade bank.

Christophe GANIVET
Previously quality Director of Temex, Christophe started his career in January 1989 and worked for Thomson-CSF and Thales. Christophe spent most of the past 20 years in Quality Assurance, Quality Management and Operations and has a strong experience in trans-cultural management, with operational responsibilities at the Temex plants in China, Morocco and the Philippines.

Jeremy HARRISON
Prior to joining McMurdo, Jeremy worked in the marine electronic navigation industry for over 20 years for a number of well known industry leading companies such as Nautech (known today as Raymarine PLC), Simrad Ltd (now Navico Ltd) and SG Brown (part of the VT Group of companies).

John HIRSEKORN
Mr. Hirsekorn served as the Vice President of Engineering (2 years) and Vice President of Sales & Marketing (5 years) for the Timing, Test and Measurement Division of Symmetricom. Prior to this role, Mr. Hirsekorn was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Centellex, and the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for TrueTime. He also held various positions at Hewlett Packard and Agilent Technologies from 1980 to 2000. Mr. Hirsekorn joined the group in September of 2010 as Executive Vice President of Global Marketing.
John HIRSEKORN holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and an MBA in Marketing from Golden Gate University.
Irwin RODRIGUES
Prior to being President and CEO of Boatracs, Irwin Rodrigues spent 6 years at Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, Washington. During his tenure at Microsoft, Irwin was the Director of the Microsoft Project business, where he had global revenue responsibility and was active in developing and executing global strategies for products, marketing, sales and strategic partnerships. Prior to his employment at Microsoft, Irwin worked in the venture capital and management consulting industries, and began his career in software development.

Lisa WITHERS
Prior to joining Spectracom in August 2004, served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Symmetricom’s Timing Test & Measurement Division. Prior to its merger with Symmetricom, she served as President and CEO of TrueTime, a world leader in timing solutions for the Department of Defense. In addition to her many years in the time and frequency industry, her background includes operations management positions at ABB AMDATA and Delphian Corporation.

Lisa WITHERS holds a BSc in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and has served as director on a number of corporate and non-profit boards.
