The precise distribution of these signals: Orolia's companies develop systems enabling the synchronization of clocks used in communications networks to support the most vital and critical applications (telecommunications networks, constellations of satellites, defense/fight systems). They also allow correct sequencing of the most precise events occurring into these networks with the utmost reliability and traceability.

The precise measurement of these signals: Pendulum Instruments develop frequency counters, frequency standards, frequency distribution systems, and wireless test equipment to calibrate, measure and analyse time & frequency signals for the telecommunications and electronics industry.

In addition to the development, conception, final assembling and test of its products, Orolia's companies provide maintenance services to bring these systems to their highest-performing level, as required for activities where reliability and durability of systems are critical. For the most complex products, such as aerospace and defense activities for example, the operational life time can exceed 10 to 25 years. We call it TLS (Through-life Support) which is offered through long-term contracts.
