Jean-Yves COURTOIS
Previously Chairman and CEO of Temex. In 2001 was appointed business unit manager at Thales Microsonics later becoming CEO and completing the sale of the unit to Temex in 2002. Earlier positions were as head of strategy and business development at Thales components division and head of Thomson CSF’s (later Thales’) Laser Optronics department. Until 1998, he was chief scientific counsellor at the French department of defense following academic work in quantum physics. |

Christophe FRANCOIS
Occupied CFO positions at Temex, Thermatec, an engineering company listed on Euronext and ACSI, a jont venture between Thales and Raytheon. Prior to ACSI, he held various positions with Thales in finance and accounting management following a spell with BFCE, France external trade bank. |

Pascal ROCHAT
He started his career as a scientist within the Institute of Microtechnics of the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland. In 1980, he joined Oscilloquartz as Chief of R&D. In 1988, he moved to Scientific Development Inc., USA, where he developed geo-localization systems. In 1991, he was named CTO of Neuchâtel Observatory where he was principal designer of Rubidium Clocks and Active Masers. In 1995, he was founder of Temex Time SA and still runs it as CEO. In 2006, he significantly contributed in the creation of T4 Science, another spin-off of the Observatory focused on Active Masers.

Lisa Withers
Prior to joining Spectracom in August 2004, served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Symmetricom’s Timing Test & Measurement Division. Prior to its merger with Symmetricom, she served as President and CEO of TrueTime, a world leader in timing solutions for the Department of Defense. In addition to her many years in the time and frequency industry, her background includes operations management positions at ABB AMDATA and Delphian Corporation. |

| Pascal Rochat holds an MSc in Electronics and Telecommuni-cations. He co-owns many patents and designs in the field of atomic clocks. He has designed the clocks in use onboard Galileo satellites. He also is a member of Swiss Commissions for Space and for Technology. |
