2009 : Acquisition of Rapco Electronics, headquartered in Basingstoke, and creation of Orolia Global services; Acquisition of Naviva GPS signal generators by Pendulum Instruments and acquisition of Kannad (September) & McMurdo (November), both leader in emergency location beacons
2008 : Acquisition of Pendulum Instruments, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden
