Acquisition of Pendulum Instruments, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden

2007 :
IPO on Alternext by NYSE Euronext : €12 million capital increase (July) ; acquisition of the American company Spectracom Corp. (August) ; Temex Neuchâtel Time becomes SpectraTime (September).

2006 : Spin-off of Temex's Timing and Synchronization activities, creating an independent group called Orolia

2006 :
Creation of T4 Science, a joint-venture between Temex, Timetech GmbH and Vremya CH's main shareholders.

2005 :
Acquisition of Martec Tekelec Systèmes' synchronization division

2004 :
Temex Neuchâtel Time becomes a 100% subsidiary of Temex

2003 :
Acquisition by Temex of 75% of Temex Neuchâtel Time, a joint-venture with the Neuchâtel Swiss government
