High Temperature Inclinometer TS1000T
HIGH TEMPERATURE MEMS ACCELEROMETER – FOR DRILLING
The innovative TS1000T is the best in class MEMS accelerometer specifically designed for high-temperature directional drilling applications. Accelerometer is available in 3 ranges : ± 2 , 5, 10 g.
This sensor offers the highest performance stability with shock resistance, as well as the lowest non-linearity and noise in the MEMS marketplace. The proven MEMS technology by Safran Colibrys is pushing forward the vibration and shock endurance in temperature.
TS1000T accelerometer operates from -40°C to +150°C and up to +175°C by intermittent temperature exposure.
Uniquely Designed For Drilling
The TS1000T and MS1000T high-temperature MEMS accelerometers are specifically designed for inertial directional drilling applications because they can withstand extreme shock and vibration, as well as high temperatures. The TS1000T and MS1000T have a shock survivability of 6000 g and an endurance shock tolerance of 1500 g. Unconventional resource extraction requires sophisticated drilling technologies, and the TS1000T and MS1000T help with complex drilling operations including sidetracking, fault drilling, multiple target zones and applications that entail multiple wells.
Built-In Self-Test Function
The built-in self-test mode generates a square wave signal on the device outputs (OUTP & OUTN) and can be used for device failure detection. This can be helpful to prevent system faults before they occur.
Ensures Safety & Reliability
The high quality sensor design, the MEMS Accelerometer products support test engineers around the world quickly and flexibly, to ensure safety and reliability of vehicles, equipment and buildings.
UAV & ROV Autopilot
Any sensor fixed to either UAV or ROV systems must be light and small and must have a low power consumption. In addition, high shocks resistance is a key element to keep the integrity of the IMU in case of crash. In terms of accuracy, the IMUs integrated on professional drones, should deliver accuracies corresponding to the Inertial Tactical Grade. Accelerometers of the Inertial Tactical Grade will have bias repeatability performances of around 1 mg.
North finding is critical for tactical navigation and target orientation localization. It is used either in fixed static observation systems or in hand-held portable devices. MS1000 implements an innovative microelectromechanical design and electronics which unleash unbeatable performances with regard to the long term bias and scale factor repeatability, in-run bias and vibration rectification error (VRE).
Inertial Navigation System Accelerometer
A key challenge for navigation systems is making them smaller, less expensive and more robust while preserving high-end performances grade. The innovative MS1000 accelerometer responds to tactical grade performance requirements due to the excellent bias and scale factor performances.
